T-Kay Sangwand is a Certified Archivist who has worked extensively on preservation partnerships with organizations in US, Latin America, Asia and Africa. She currently coordinates UCLA Library's digital initiatives in Cuba and was previously Archivist for UT Austin's Human Rights Documentation Initiative.
