Private LOCKSS Networks (PLNs) represent community-based digital preservation in an especially direct form. This panel consists of four representatives from PLNs in the United States and Canada. The panelists will address a number of questions having a direct bearing on building communities of practice, including membership, technology, finances, and governance.
