The presenters will introduce their experience with using Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) on collaborative projects and their development of templates into a workbook. Participants will be supplied with the MOU Workbook (licensed under CC-BY-NC), available at bit.ly/utamou Participants will learn methods of troubleshooting issues and negotiating with partners.
